Currently, I am only able to ship these Class N Endler’s Livebearers within the continental United States. I do not offer international shipping at this time. I use USPS Priority Mail with tracking on all shipments.
I reserve the right to delay or reschedule shipments if there is forecasted weather which may harm your fish!
In order to ensure your fish are not kept longer than necessary in their shipping container, I will only ship orders out on Mondays. All orders received by 8pm on Saturday will be shipped out that Monday. Local pickup is available Monday thru Saturday so long as I am provided with a 24 hour notice. Local pickup is not available on Sundays.
Your fish will be shipped in an insulated box with heat packs or cold packs depending on the season and destination. I use Kordon Breather Bags® for shipping to avoid splashing.
returns & exchanges
In the unlikely event that a fish does not survive shipment, it is your responsibility to contact me within 2 hours of the USPS delivery timestamp. In order to receive a refund or replacement, a clear, dated and timestamped picture of the deceased fish still in the shipping bag is required. If you wish to have a refund, that refund will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of this picture. At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to have a replacement fish sent to you, the replacement will ship out on the Monday following the receipt of the picture. There are no exceptions to the need for picture proof of your deceased fish. A cell phone picture will not suffice and pictures of deceased fish must show they are clearly still in the bag in which they were shipped. Once fish are removed from a sealed bag, the new owner is responsible for any casualties.
I do not offer exchanges of fish which arrive alive. The fish you receive are documented Class N Endler’s Livebearers, so natural variations within the specimens you receive is to be expected. Any special requests will be taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed.
